The Public Works Department is responsible for the operation of a large number
of programs. Administrative services are provided to the County Airport,
Facilities Maintenance, Central Services, Fleet Maintenance, Fish and Game,
Parks and Recreation, Purchasing, Road Department, Water Agency, street
lighting and landscape districts, and several
special districts.
